Customers have the option to self-collect their orders at the store or opt for local delivery option.
Stock Status
Our online system is not directly link to our Accounting System. Stock availability are not updated real-time. Though we are stockiest for most of the items listed online, stock may still run out if there are a few major bulk order that comes in.
We encourage customers to checkout their orders online so that they will receive a call within 1-working day from us to update them on their order status. Placing an order online will also minimise disappointment compared to random walk-in to our office. Priority will be given to customer that has placed an online order.
Self-Collection
Customers are encouraged to print a copy of the order print out, otherwise please quote the order number so that we can be more effectively retrieve your orders.
Our operating hours are as follows:-
- Monday to Friday, 10am to 6 pm
- Closed on Sat, Sunday and Public Holiday
We do not have Credit Card or NETS facility. You may made payment by CASH / PayNow.
Regular Local Delivery (2-3 working days)
Order value S$100 and above : Free Regular Local Delivery
Order value below S$100 : S$15.00 delivery fee
Additional delivery fee of S$25.00 will be applicable if you are located in a restricted area.
We seek your understanding that most of our items are bulky, and will require a van delivery service.
Delivery will be scheduled on a regular working day, Monday to Friday. We do not offer Sat, Sun and Public Holiday Day Delivery.
You will be contacted within 1 working day after we receive your orders.
We will confirm delivery address and depending on our internal delivery loads, delivery will be arranged within 2-3 business days.
